UNITY (Uniting Networks, Integrity, Teamwork, and Youth) is a comprehensive workforce development program initiative dedicated to empowering in-school and out-of-school youth, ages 14-24. This includes high school dropouts, homeless youth, justice-involved individuals, and independent young adults from underserved communities. The program provides participants with the skills, training, and opportunities needed to achieve education and career success.
UNITY is structured into three distinct program models tailored to different age groups:
1) Ages 14-17: High School Readiness and Employment Soft Skill Development
2) Ages 18-20: Post-secondary Education and Early Career Preparation
3) Ages 21-24: Workforce Entry and Economic Mobility
By addressing systemic barriers and equipping participants with essential tools for stability and achievement, UNITY fosters long-term success. The program offers engaging workshops, real-world experiences, and access to support services that help participants navigate their transformative journeys with confidence.
